Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to internet service providers ("ISPs") and their staff who access and use the AutoXpon NOC platform. It exists to keep the platform secure, reliable, and lawfully operated for every customer.

1. Acceptable use

The platform may be used only for its intended purpose: managing your own network's OLTs, ONTs/ONUs, provisioning, and related operations. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate ISP network-operations purposes.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share staff logins beyond your own organization.
• Ensure any subscriber data you manage through the platform was collected lawfully under your own jurisdiction's laws.
• Only connect and provision network equipment you are authorized to manage.

2. Prohibited activity

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another ISP's account, data, or network infrastructure on the platform.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform's normal operation (including automated scraping, load-testing, or security scanning without prior written permission).
• Upload or transmit malicious software, or use the platform to attack third-party systems.
• Violate any applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, or data protection law in the course of operating your ISP business through the platform.

3. Your subscribers

You are responsible for your own end-user Terms & Conditions, network policies, and customer support toward your subscribers. The platform provides the tools; how you operate your ISP business, and your relationship with your own subscribers, remains your responsibility.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for any account found in material violation of this policy, particularly where continued access would pose a security, legal, or operational risk to the platform or other customers. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to address the issue first.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
