This policy covers AutoXpon NOC's own website and platform. If you are an internet subscriber of an ISP that uses AutoXpon NOC to manage its network, your subscriber data (billing details, contact information) is controlled by your own internet provider, not by us directly -- see that provider's own Terms & Conditions for how they handle your information.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy describes how AutoXpon NOC ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website, our public Help Center, and our platform's operation on behalf of the internet service provider ("ISP") businesses that subscribe to our software.

2. Information we collect

Website visitors: standard technical information (browser type, general location, pages visited) collected via normal web server logs, and any information you voluntarily submit via email inquiry (name, email, and your message).
ISP customers: account information needed to operate your subscription to our platform, and operational data about your own network (OLTs, ONTs, VLANs, provisioning profiles).
Subscriber data processed on behalf of an ISP: when an ISP uses our platform to manage their own subscribers' devices and provisioning, we process that data strictly as a service provider acting on the ISP's instructions -- we do not use it for our own purposes, and the ISP itself remains responsible for their own subscribers' privacy rights.

3. How we use information

To respond to inquiries submitted to us.
To provide, maintain, and improve the platform for our ISP customers.
To communicate important service updates or security information to ISP customers.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we protect information

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, including access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted internal access to customer data.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. ISP customers may request deletion of their own account data on request, subject to any legal retention requirements.

To make such a request regarding information you've submitted directly to us, contact us. If your relationship is with an ISP using our platform, please direct privacy requests about your own subscriber data to that ISP.
